1. Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
2. Log in to your BIOVERSE account.
3. Once logged in, click on the “Account” button at the top right corner of the page.
4. Look for the section titled “Account Details.” Your legal name, email, phone number, and birthday will be listed here. 
5. Click on the button with the word “Edit” in the Account Details section.
6. Enter the phone number or email address you would like to use in the appropriate field.
7. Click the “Save changes” button at the bottom right to keep the changes to your account.

‍Important Notes

• You can update your contact information anytime, but there can only be one phone number and one email address associated with your account. You will not be able to receive password reset links to two separate emails or phone numbers.
• If you need to change your legal name or birthday, please contact BIOVERSE Customer Support at support@gobioverse.com
