How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please take action at least 48 hours before your next order date. Doing so will ensure that your subscription is canceled swiftly and properly. Otherwise, our pharmacy partners might start processing your order, at which point we’ll be unable to cancel your subscription for that billing cycle.

To cancel a subscription within your account follow the steps below. If you are unable to cancel an order, it may be because the order has already begun processing. Also know that completing a subscription cancellation does not cancel an order that is being processed or already shipped.

  1. Open up the BIOVERSE website and log into your account.
  2. Locate "Subscriptions" along the top menu. 
  3. Scroll to the subscription you would like to customize.
  4. Click the "Manage" button to get to the subscription details page.
  5. Select “Manage subscription: edit, snooze, or cancel orders” under the Manage Subscriptions section.
  6. To remove an item, select the “Cancel plan: end subscription” option and follow the appropriate steps. You’ll receive a confirmation when your subscription has been successfully canceled.
