- Open up the BIOVERSE website and log into your account.
- Locate "Subscriptions" along the top menu.
- Scroll to the subscription you would like to resume.
- Click the “Resume” button for the product you would like to reactivate.
- You will be asked to confirm this decision. Click “Yes, reactivate” to complete this process.
Important Notes
- If your subscription has expired, you may be asked to respond to a series of questions. Once these questions have been answered they will be forwarded to a health care professional for review. If they have any questions, they will reach out to you directly.
