We offer two options to help you log into your account: traditional username or Google and Meta ID. Please follow the steps below based on your preferred login method.

1. Open a web browser on your computer or mobile device.
2. Visit the BIOVERSE website.
3. Locate the “Account/Log in” button located in the top right corner.
4. If you choose to use your Google ID, simply click the preferred icon and follow the prompts.
5. If you wish to log in using your email and password, enter the correct information in the “Email” and “Passwords” fields.some text
   1. If you have forgotten your password, simply select “Forgot password?” below the text fields to retrieve your login information.
6. Click on the “Log in” button.
7. You should now be successfully logged in!

Trouble accessing your account?

If you are an existing customer who previously created an account using an email and password, and you are now trying to log in using your Google or Apple ID, you may accidentally create a duplicate account if the email on your existing account does not match the email associated with your Google or Apple ID.
