Processing times may vary depending on the type of service or product purchased. Fulfilling your order within a reasonable timeframe will always be our highest priority.
Tracking Information
- Once the pharmacy has processed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to track your package. You can also view tracking at any time by logging into your account and reviewing "Orders" or "Order History" on the account menu.
- Please know at this time we are experiencing some longer shipping times and delays due to global supply chain issues, adverse weather events, and delays with shipping carriers.
Where can I find the most up-to-date information?
- We’ve designed our systems to mirror the location and processing times provided by our carriers. This is accomplished by pulling the delivery information from your tracking number. Please note that the carrier will have the most current and accurate information regarding the whereabouts of your order once it has been shipped from our warehouses.
